The CRM & Loyalty Specialist will execute Boots Opticians' customer retention marketing campaigns across all CRM channels (email, SMS, direct mail, mobile app, and more). A critical role in the performance of the business, this is a unique opportunity to shine in a role that is as creative as it is data-led.
Key Responsibilities:
To plan and execute the Boots Opticians trade plan via multi-channel creative campaigns
To understand and optimise the customer journey, using data-led insights
Own the customer lifecycle, ensuring longevity and commercial success
To identify new innovations (technology, channels, creative, behavioural science) to drive incremental improvements in the programme
Use data and insight to identify new commercial opportunities
Plan test and learn strategy and deliver reporting to the business
Work closely with data and analytics and insights team to understand key customer segments and increase their value.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental bookings and revenue for the business
What you'll need to have:
Creative and strategic thinker - energetic and passionate
Creative campaign experience, working with agency partners to deliver exceptional results
Strong communicator - able to engage with multiple audiences
Collaborator - able to work with the wider Marketing team, Analytics, Product, Compliance and other functions to develop and execute projects
It would be great if you also have:
Worked in Retail/ Healthcare previously, ideally Optical or Fashion
CRM platform experience, including Adobe Campaign/Salesforce/Eloqua or similar
Experience of existing and emerging CRM technologies and approaches
Good understanding of GDPR
Experience of HTML
Direct Mail experience
