Role Overview
We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to support and execute GinSen's marketing activities in line with business objectives. The role involves planning and delivering marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, analysing performance data, and ensuring brand messaging is consistent across all channels.
This position is suited to a marketing professional with hands-on experience who can work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Coordinate marketing activities across digital platforms, including website content, email marketing, and social media channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing planning and decision-making
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional content
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities
Maintain accurate marketing records, schedules, and documentation
Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of marketing principles and promotional techniques
Ability to analyse data, track KPIs, and evaluate campaign performance
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in a marketing or marketing support role
A qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential
Practical experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
Experience working with marketing data, reports, and performance analysis is desirable
