About the Job:
We're hiring a
Performance Marketing Specialist
with proven experience in managing and optimising paid campaigns across
Meta, Google and TikTok Ads.
The role is key to driving growth through highly targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok platforms.
Build and refine audience targeting strategies to maximise ROI.
Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong performance.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Lead on analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution across all paid channels.
Produce regular performance reports using Excel (pivot tables, charts, custom reports) and other analytics tools.
Work closely with the marketing and events teams to align paid media strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Solid, hands-on experience managing Meta, Google and TikTok Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in campaign measurement, funnel tracking, and optimisation.
Advanced proficiency with Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualisation).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite Insights, and other reporting platforms.
Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, strategic insights.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and focused on results.
Experience in the live events or music industry is a strong advantage.
