Better Placed are delighted to be working with a high growth leading manufacturer of high-quality home improvement products in their latest hire of a Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to support the delivery of sales targets for multiple retail outlets.
• Maintain and develop the website with the support from the digital agency to continually improved organic presence.
• Keep abreast of new marketing trends.
• Monitor and analyse performance and make recommendation to maximise ROI.
• Manage the activity/planning of the businesses TV Campaigns, video, social media and content calendar.

Key Requirements/Person Profile:

• You will be a strong copywriter (SEO copy, blogs, PR etc)
• An understanding of digital and offline channels (including SEO, PPC, paid social, TV and direct mail)
• You will be a mature, measured and personable marketer - able to work within a team environment, but also comfortable completing tasks individually.
• Industry experience in home interiors or home improvements would be highly desirable but not essential.

The business require someone who can drive and with their own transport, as occasional travel will be required. It would be great if they had retail marketing experience - in home interiors or home improvements even better but not essential
