JC Sports is seeking a creative, organised, and hands-on

Marketing Co-ordinator

to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role that blends daytime marketing responsibilities with a practical, team-based childcare role in the afternoons (3-5/6pm).

About the Role

Your day will be split into two key parts:

Marketing (Daytime Hours):

Promote our sports and childcare services through creative and strategic marketing Plan and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns Design and run paid and organic social media advertising Update and manage website content to reflect services, promotions, and news Coordinate postal marketing campaigns to local schools and communities Build and maintain strong brand presence in the local area Monitor campaign performance and adapt for impact and engagement
We're looking for someone who will

and mission - promoting high-quality sports and childcare in primary schools - and play a key role in our growth. Your work will help spread our message, grow our network of partner schools, and increase the number of children we positively impact every day.

Afternoon Childcare Support (3pm-5/6pm):

Support our after-school childcare team Help deliver fun, active, and safe sessions for primary school children Be a positive, reliable presence for children and families

What We're Looking For

Experience in marketing, social media, or digital communications (or a strong passion to learn) Confident using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, or similar Friendly, proactive, and great with children Excellent time management and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
