About the role



As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Supervisor will work closely with the Head of Marketing to support the delivery of our marketing strategy and the continued growth of our luxury cigar business.

This role will involve supervising and guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with brand standards.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven individual who can generate fresh ideas, motivate others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in turning strategic direction into action, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing innovative marketing concepts to help keep the business ahead of competitors. You will also support the monitoring of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our marketing approach remains relevant and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Head of Marketing in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across relevant channels. Supervise and guide members of the marketing team, providing direction, feedback, and support. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Coordinate day-to-day marketing activity to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Assist in analysing campaign performance and reporting on results. Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines. Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers where required. Support continuous improvement of marketing processes and ways of working.

Candidate Requirements



A degree in Marketing or a related subject or a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a marketing role. Previous experience supporting or supervising others (formal or informal). Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, ideas-driven mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Interest in premium or luxury brands (experience in this area is desirable but not essential).

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
