The Role
Are you studying media, marketing, or digital content and looking for summer work that actually puts your skills to use? Join us as a
Marketing Support Team Member
and help showcase everything that's going on at Spring Lakes. From posters and TikToks to scheduling posts and replying to DMs, you'll be part of a small team shaping how we show up online and on-site.
This is a
perfect summer role for college or university students
looking to gain real-world experience in a creative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating posters and visuals to promote events, offers, and activities
Scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Taking photos and short videos around site for use on our channels
Editing videos and reels for TikTok, Instagram stories, and more
Replying to social media direct messages and comments
Updating our Google Business Profile and basic website content
Responding to Google reviews using the Spring Lakes tone of voice
Supporting other sales and commercial tasks where needed
Who We're Looking For
Ideally studying (or recently completed) a course in media, marketing, digital content, or similar
Confident using Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and video editing apps
Creative and good with words - especially short captions and replies
Organised and comfortable managing your own schedule
Friendly and approachable - you'll be representing our brand online
Someone who's happy working flexibly, including some weekends or evenings during events
What You'll Need
Minimum age: 16
Basic DBS check (required)
First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential)
