About The Role

We're on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant whose ready to dive head-first into the exciting world of marketing with a passion, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. As our new Marketing Assistant, you'll be joining a fast-paced, creative team that's always thinking big and moving fast. You'll be surrounded by people who love what they do, and you'll get stuck into real projects from day one. Whether it's helping shape our social content, supporting influencer campaigns, or making sure our sponsorship events run smoothly, you'll be right at the heart of it all.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Supporting our social team with content ideas, briefs, creation, and scheduling Managing influencer communications, placing orders, and handling contracts Reporting on social and influencer performance -- spotting what's working and what's not Helping out with events and activations across social, influencer, and sponsorship Tracking ticketing and hospitality allocations for customers and internal teams Managing diaries for events, suites, and hospitality Supporting sponsorship enquiries and proposals Posting internal comms to AO'ers about events and tickets Providing admin support across the brand marketing team, including raising purchase orders
