Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Marketplace Administrator to join our Marketplaces team and support the smooth running of daily operations across our Amazon Vendor accounts in the EU region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing invoice queries, and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient product movement. This role will also support the wider team with administrative tasks across UK and EU marketplaces, playing a key part in maintaining operational excellence.
This role will be based at our Digital Hub Access 18 office in Avonmouth, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern after a period of training.
Key Accountabilities
Accurately process purchase orders across multiple Amazon Vendor accounts in the EU region.
Support invoice administration and manage related queries by liaising with internal teams and Amazon representatives.
Maintain and update records for chargebacks and fines, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
Communicate with Carrier and Warehouse Teams to support the smooth movement of products and resolve delivery or stock issues.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team across all UK and EU marketplaces.
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, including intermediate-level proficiency with functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, basic Pivot Tables for compiling data and data validation tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical and numerically minded, with strong attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and determined approach to work.
Commercial awareness of team, departmental, and business needs.
Ability to build strong inter-departmental relationships.
Proactive self-starter who also thrives in a team environment.
