We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership and management skills, along with expertise in digital marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively oversee projects, analyse data, and drive marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and achieving growth in the B2B sector.
Duties
Lead and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and target potential clients such as care homes, hospitals, GP practices, and private individuals.
2. Marketing & Promotion
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the agency's services.
Manage online presence (website, social media, job boards, LinkedIn).
Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Strengthen the agency's brand and reputation in the healthcare sector.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Research competitor agencies and market trends.
Identify gaps in services and opportunities for expansion.
Work with management to create growth strategies.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Collect feedback to improve services.
5. Reporting & Targets
Meet monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Track marketing performance and report results to management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions (CRM systems).
Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (care home managers, procurement officers, HR teams).
Develop proposals and pitch agency services to secure new contracts.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in management roles within a marketing or IT environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content as needed.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
