The Role: Foreperson

We're looking for a

hands-on, motivated leader

to join our team full-time as a

Foreperson

, based in York and working across the UK.

You'll take charge of on-site operations, leading and coordinating teams to ensure each

marquee installation and de-rig

is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll set the pace, uphold safety standards, and inspire your crew to deliver outstanding results -- every time.

This is a

practical, leadership-driven role

where you'll be at the heart of the action: building, problem-solving, and ensuring every detail is perfect.

What You'll Bring

At least

2 years' experience

as a marquee foreman or in a similar leadership role within the events industry A proven track record of

team leadership

in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Experience in

erecting marquees

essential Excellent

communication and organisational skills

A strong understanding of

health & safety regulations

The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks with precision Experience in

construction, carpentry

, or related trades (preferred but not essential)
