Elite Marquees are looking for a foreman to oversee marquee installations and ensure quality, safety, and time targets are met.
The foreman will lead and manage the team on install and de-rig of the marquees during the summer months and a smaller team during the wintertime carrying out the cleaning and maintenance.
You need to be motivated and be physically fit due to the nature of the job. The summer months are long and you will need to work during the weekends as and when needed.
You will be the main point of contact on-site dealing directly with the customers during the build-up to their events, liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors.
We mainly work with 9m,12m, and 15m wide clear span marquees

The following skills/attributes are essential:

Minimum of 3 years marquee/structure experience

Hold a full valid UK driving license

Able to safely run a site safely and recognise potential risks

Able to manage, motivate and lead teams

Able to develop and educate all members of your team

Able to understand and appreciate the importance of health and safety

Able to deal with clients, sub-contractors, and site management
