The Customer Technology Team - Marketing Practice:



We are looking for someone to join the Customer Technology Team within the Marketing Practice to support the growing technology services portfolio, specifically around Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and integrated personalization architectures. Supporting our clients across a wider range of industries to deliver cutting edge technology.

As a Martech Architect Manager, you will be:




You will be part of a high performing team tasked with supporting in growing the CDP capability and knowledge. You should have demonstrable experience in the following areas:

Worked on projects where you are shaping and delivering architectural recommendations and designs, supporting technical implementation to deliver Personalisation capabilities(either B2B or B2C) Supporting delivery of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and selection of fit-for-purpose Vendors; ability to independently lead technical work streams, manage product and requirements backlogs Overview and knowledge of CDP capabilities and ability to upskill other teams/members on the technical capabilities Understanding of the range of customer data sources and activation channels needed to drive personalisation, with a strong understanding of technical details and integrations Be able to shape the technical designs and advise on best practice within enterprise architecture Arranging and planning workshops Support on client pitches & proposals Experience working with variety of stakeholders

Strong relevant industry experience in Personalisation & CDP projects Core understanding of CDP capabilities, with deep functional expertise of at least one core CDP platform (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, TreasureData, Tealium, SegmentCDP) Previous experience working as part of CDP team
