Masking Production Assistant

Location:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Masking Production Assistant

to join our growing team. In this role, you will support key production processes for

Aerospace and Defence components

, ensuring all masking tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to consistently high standards. This position is well-suited to someone with previous

assembly or hands-on manufacturing experience

, who takes pride in

precision work

. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a busy production environment and

able to focus for extended periods while masking components with tape and trimming them to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Masking and trimming components to precise detail using tape and specialist tools Supporting production workflows to meet quality and delivery targets Maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Cleaning and packing of components within the warehouse Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar hands-on roles Ability to concentrate on detailed tasks for extended periods Reliable, organised, and eager to learn Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift moderate weights.
