Blossom Massage is a friendly, professional massage therapy practice, dedicated to helping clients feel their best through high-quality, personalised treatments. As we move into 2026, we're looking for a confident, experienced Complementary or Massage Therapist to join our small, family-run team.

This role is best suited to someone with at least 2 years' hands-on experience who feels confident delivering high-quality massage treatments independently. We're looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a massage therapist Is confident in their massage skills and able to deliver consistently high-quality treatments Is physically fit and able to massage for at least 5 hours per shift Enjoys working independently while also being part of a close-knit team Is willing to attend training sessions with the owner to ensure all therapists work to the same high standard Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in massage Can offer a range of massage and/or complementary treatments, including (but not limited to): deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, pregnancy, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping, head & foot massage Sports massage qualification is a bonus (not essential) Facial qualifications are desirable Has a kind, positive attitude, excellent people skills, is trustworthy, and has a strong work ethic Is willing to work at least one evening per week and either every Saturday or alternate Saturdays
Main Duties:

Greeting clients by name with a warm, professional welcome Reviewing consultation forms and discussing client needs and health information Explaining treatments clearly and tailoring each session to the client Delivering a professional, caring service that encourages repeat bookings Creating treatment plans and offering aftercare advice Keeping accurate treatment records Resetting treatment rooms and cleaning equipment between appointments Working towards targets
What We Offer:

Schedule:

To be confirmed and can be catered for the perfect candidate. Must be willing to work at least one evening a week and every Saturday (or every other).

Interview Process:

15-minute video call Studio interview including a 30-minute massage in a relaxed, supportive setting
