We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage & Waxing Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Massage & Waxing Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through tailored massage treatments that address their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, ensuring each treatment is customised to the client's requirements. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout the session. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while respecting confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare advice and recommendations for future treatments. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid certification in Massage & Waxing Therapy from an accredited institution. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to perform makeup application is considered an asset but not essential. A compassionate approach with the ability to empathise with clients' needs. Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred but not mandatory.
