Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our chiropractors to provide customised therapeutic massage treatments that complement our patients' care plans. Key Responsibilities
Provide professional therapeutic massage services tailored to patient needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, sports, and injury recovery massages.
Collaborate with chiropractors to develop integrated treatment plans.
Maintain detailed patient records, including treatment notes and progress updates.
Educate patients about the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques.
Ensure the massage therapy room is clean, organised, and fully stocked with necessary supplies (all supplies provided by Pure Synergy).
Compensation Structure
Commission:
Earn 40 - 50% (depending on experience level) of the service fee for each massage session.

Qualifications
Active Professional Indemnity Insurance (required).
Certification in various massage techniques, such as Deep Tissue and/or Sports Massage (preferred).
Minimum of [2-3 years] of professional experience (preferred but not required).
Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, particularly as it relates to chiropractic care.
Ability to perform consecutive 60-minute quality massage therapy sessions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to proactively recommend and book follow-up appointments, ensuring patients receive the continuity of care required for optimal outcomes.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with clinic protocols.
