We are a small family run business. We are open 7 days a week 8am-9pm and staff our room with multiple therapists working with excellent rates of commission. We provide everything: Clients, Room, Towels, materials, booking system, reception etc - you just turn up and see clients and keep client notes.
We are seeking TWO skilled and compassionate Sports Massage Therapist s or Full Body Specialists to join our therapy team as staff are moving on for good personal reasons.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients. SMT has been running for 5 years, has a strong and loyal client list and you will be taking over shifts already populated with clients.
The ideal candidates will have a sports therapy Level 3 or above qualification but also be competent and happy to provide maintainance massage with a full body focus. Our work is split 50/50 between repair and maintainence.
You will play a vital role in promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being through various massage techniques tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
Perform a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
Ensure a clean and professional treatment environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
Educate clients on aftercare practices and recommend additional wellness services as appropriate.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A valid massage therapy certification from an accredited institution is required.
