We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Sports Therapist, or Manual Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting holistic health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation through evidence-based therapeutic treatments. This role is perfect for professionals who are committed to helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall performance and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional therapeutic treatments, including massage therapy, acupuncture, sports therapy, and/or manual therapy, based on qualifications and client needs.
Assess clients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address pain management, mobility improvement, and injury recovery.
Perform hands-on therapy techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and other modalities as applicable.
Educate clients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance their recovery and well-being.
Work with athletes and active individuals to optimize physical performance and recovery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide integrated care.
Maintain up-to-date client records and adhere to all professional licensing and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
Licensed and certified in Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Sports Therapy, or Manual Therapy (as applicable).
Proven experience in therapeutic treatments with a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
Strong knowledge of sports injuries, rehabilitation techniques, and performance enhancement strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for holistic health, injury recovery, and wellness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with athletes, active individuals, or rehabilitation patients.
Additional certifications in specialized treatment techniques such as cupping, dry needling, kinesiology taping, or strength and conditioning.
Knowledge of complementary wellness practices such as mobility training, stretching techniques, or nutritional guidance.
