Duties

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to each client's requirements. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress to ensure continuity of care. Create a calming and professional environment for clients during their sessions. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Uphold hygiene standards by ensuring all equipment and treatment areas are clean and well-maintained. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively address client needs. Proficiency in various massage techniques with the ability to adapt styles based on individual client requirements. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their concerns. Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain accurate client records. A compassionate approach with a focus on client comfort and satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
