Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team, providing exceptional services to our clients in a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques, including Deep tissue massage treatments, while also demonstrating excellent customer service skills. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage guest experiences from start to finish.

Duties

Deliver high-quality therapeutic massage treatments. Must be Level 3 qualified and ideally have proof of certification in some of the following, Swedish, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Hot stones and Pregnancy massage. Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns during treatments. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries with professionalism. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and welcomed throughout their visit. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the visibility of the business. Upsell additional services or products that may benefit clients based on their needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment that prioritises guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in therapeutic practices, particularly in massage treatments essential. Certifications required. We are happy to consider recently qualified students. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Experience in front desk operations or hospitality is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with computers and social media platforms for promotional purposes is ideally a plus. A passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
