Duties
Conduct personalised massage sessions tailored to individual client needs, incorporating various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
Assess client requirements and develop customised treatment plans to optimise results.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable wellness practices.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and practice productivity.
Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and hygiene at all times.
Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role within a recognised establishment.
Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment delivery.
Certification from an accredited massage therapy programme or relevant body is required.
Prior experience with diverse massage techniques is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
