Job Description

We have fantastic opportunities to expand our Massage Therapy team working within our clinics in our new North Edinburgh clinic which opens 1st March 2026, with hours offered on a part time, self-employed basis. Payment is a percentage of each appointment, providing a good hourly rate when the therapist develops a strong client base.

Prime Sports Physiotherapy clinics currently offer Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy services and classes from our customised clinic spaces in Balerno and Dalmahoy.

As we are primarily a physiotherapy clinic, Massage Therapist posts with us particularly suit Physiotherapy Undergraduate Students and Athletic Therapists who are also qualified in Massage Therapy.

Job Role:

Provide an excellent client experience whilst delivering effective therapeutic and sports massage treatments Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional body and clinic standards Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinic team, cross referring to other services which would benefit the client/support their care.
Essential requirements

Diploma in Swedish Massage and/or Deep tissue/sports massage Full professional insurance and relevant membership Are energetic, proactive and hard working Can work independently and is reliable Have an interest in sport, either as a competitor or experience of working with sportspeople Committed to building client relationships and returning bookings Demonstrate excellent communication, time management and organisational skills Full drivers' licence and ability to work across sites Be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
Flexible working patterns of daytime, evening and weekend working hours are offered
