About the Role

Healing Point is a growing wellness sanctuary, and we're looking for an experienced

Massage Therapist

who is ready to grow into a

future leadership role

.

This position combines hands-on massage therapy with responsibility for daily operations, team support, and customer experience. You will help ensure the smooth running of the clinic each day, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining high standards, and supporting the team.

You'll also use your creativity to help with store layout, product presentation, and offering professional treatment recommendations to clients. Over time, you'll be involved in recruitment, training, and team development as part of your leadership journey.

Who We're Looking For?

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about massage and wellness Experienced and confident treating clients Interested in developing leadership and management skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
You will still be actively

treating clients

after completing your daily operational tasks.

Essential Requirements

VCTC Level 3 Certificate in Massage (or equivalent) Trained in

Deep Tissue Massage

or

Sports Massage

Previous hands-on massage experience Excellent customer service skills Strong English communication skills (clear and professional) Ability to maintain a clean, tidy, and professional working environment

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments Open and close the premises according to the rota Recommend and upsell treatments and products Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and premises Follow all health, safety, and company policies Support promotions, events, and special projects Assist with daily operations and team support Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for clients and colleagues
