The Role

We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced

Senior Massage Therapist

to join our team part-time (

3-4 days per week

) in our

Leeds

spa. This role is perfect for someone who loves delivering therapeutic treatments, connecting with clients, and making a meaningful difference in their well-being. Main days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday + overtime.

In addition to massage therapies, the ideal candidate will also provide

holistic facials

, ensuring a well-rounded wellness experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of professional massage services, with a strong emphasis on

Deep Tissue Massage

. Provide tailored

holistic facial treatments

, combining relaxation techniques with skin care expertise. Customize treatments to suit each client's individual needs and goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels cared for and valued. Uphold the

high standards of care and professionalism

that Dragonfly Skin Spa is known for.

Qualifications

L3 VTCT, ITEC, or equivalent qualification in Massage Therapy. A minimum of

3 years of experience

in a spa or wellness setting. Strong expertise in massage techniques, particularly

Deep Tissue Massage

. Experience or certification in holistic facials and skincare is essential. Additional advanced massage techniques or wellness skills are a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A true passion for wellness and helping clients achieve relaxation and rejuvenation.
