Responsibilities
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and health history.
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use.
Provide clients with aftercare advice and recommendations for ongoing wellness practices.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry trends through continuous professional development.
Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential.
Certification from an accredited massage therapy programme is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
