We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to our clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being of individuals through various massage techniques tailored to their specific needs.

This position will be a commission base thus, 60/40% where the Qualified Massage Therapist will earn 60% ,

This is a flexible role but punctuality is a MUST

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences prior to treatment. Perform a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide aftercare advice. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive care plans. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential. Relevant qualifications and certifications in massage therapy are required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. A compassionate approach with a focus on client comfort and satisfaction.
