Based at Ruddington Grange Golf Club, we offer free onsite parking and access to refreshments in the clubhouse. We have spacious therapy rooms set within a relaxed environment which benefits both clients and therapists.

We are passionate and dedicated to helping our clients needs; having the ability to think outside the box, use a range of techniques, and work from a holistic health perspective is essential.

Training: You will be required to attend training in some treatments, as Fairway Therapies have some personally designed therapies.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist or Sports Massage Therapist or Complementary Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques, and or Reflexology, and or Aromatherapy; with a strong knowledge of anatomy, enabling them to provide tailored treatments that promote relaxation and healing. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a calming environment for clients. Working hours can be arranged to suit your personal requirements along with business requirement. part-time.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and or sports massage. Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatments and any relevant health information. Ensure a clean and welcoming treatment space, adhering to hygiene standards. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Qualifications

Valid certification to minimum level 3 in massage therapy/complementary therapy/ from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
