We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team at our clinic in Northwood HIlls / Pinner and Rickmansworth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a strong knowledge of human anatomy. This role is essential in providing therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, relieve tension, and enhance overall well-being for our clients.

Duties

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their individual needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage tailored to client requirements. Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, respecting confidentiality at all times. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices to enhance their experience. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings.

Qualifications

Valid certification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage but not essential. A commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethics in practice.
