Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team in Rotherham. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping clients relax, heal, and rejuvenate through expert therapeutic touch.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any health considerations. Deliver a range of massage treatments, including

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Thai Massage

. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, treatment notes, and progress reports. Ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment that promotes total relaxation. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and offer guidance on aftercare and self-care practices. Stay up to date with the latest massage techniques, trends, and wellness developments. Adhere to all health, safety, and professional standards in line with company policies.

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred, though we welcome passionate newly qualified therapists. Certification from an accredited massage therapy programme is essential. Knowledge of anatomy, pressure points, and holistic wellbeing is required. Specialisation or training in Thai massage (traditional or modern) is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional manner. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 13.00-17.82 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
