Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Massage Therapist with a deep understanding of the body and a passion for client wellbeing.
Open to all massage/wellness qualifications- preferably body massage, deep tissue, reflexology though sports massage and more advanced techniques favourable.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with an intuitive, client-focused approach. You'll work alongside a like-minded team in a calm, considered space that supports elevated treatment delivery and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide bespoke full body massage treatments, tailoring pressure and technique to individual client needs
Perform targeted treatments such as body massage/ deep tissue/ reflexology to a high standard
Hugely beneficial is sports massage or advanced techniques
Conduct thorough consultations and assessments to inform treatment plans
Maintain a serene, professional treatment environment, upholding impeccable hygiene and presentation
Build trusted client relationships through consistency, skill, and discretion
Support the salon's ethos of holistic wellbeing and elevated service
Stay informed on industry advancements, anatomy, and therapeutic developments
What We're Looking For
Fully qualified Massage Therapist with certifications in full body massage and one or more specialties (e.g., reflexology, sports massage, deep tissue)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a high-end spa, wellness clinic, or private practice
Exceptional knowledge of anatomy, muscular systems, and holistic healing practices
Strong communication and client care skills with a calm, confident presence
Attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently exceptional treatments
Ability to adapt treatments to suit a range of client needs, goals, and conditions
A professional who values both the physical and emotional aspects of client wellness
