About the Clinic:

I am a qualified physiotherapist running a busy clinic in the heart of Ulverston. My practice specialises in rehabilitation, injury recovery, and pain management. As part of a holistic treatment approach, I integrate sports massage and relaxation massage into my clients' rehabilitation programmes. I am now looking to welcome a self-employed massage therapist to join the clinic and build their own practice within this supportive environment.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate massage therapist to establish and grow their own client base with the backing of a well-established physiotherapy clinic. You will be self-employed, operating your own massage business from our professional treatment room.

I am ideally looking for someone who can complement my physiotherapy work by providing high-quality sports and relaxation massage. In return, I offer a platform for success with significant opportunities for client referrals and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional, client-focused massage treatments, with a focus on sports massage and relaxation/de-stress massage. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism within the treatment room. Communicate effectively with me regarding any shared clients to ensure a cohesive treatment plan.

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a recognised qualification in massage therapy. Has full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Is keen to learn, with an interest in developing new techniques and services (e.g., deep tissue, myofascial release). Is professional, reliable, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience is ideal but not essential; we are happy to consider newly qualified therapists who are enthusiastic and dedicated to building their practice.
