Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality treatments tailored to individual client needs (sports massage, deep tissue, holistic massage, or acupuncture depending on qualifications) Complete detailed assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Provide aftercare advice and client education Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes Support the clinic's reputation and brand through professionalism, results, and excellent customer care Participate in CPD, training sessions, and occasional events/workshops Maintain hygiene, safety, and clinical standards at all times

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3-5 Sports Massage, VTCT, BSc Acupuncture, etc.) Insurance and professional registration (FHT, CNHC, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude, reliability, and high standards of customer service

Desirable:

Additional modalities (dry cupping, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, etc.) Previous experience in a clinical or sports environment Familiarity with CRM or clinic software (e.g., Vagro) Sales or rebooking confidence

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 15.00-50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 37 per week
