Hagleys Beauty Academy (HBA) is a rapidly growing training provider focused on adult education. focused on adult education. We deliver high-quality Beauty, Massage, Nails and Aesthetics training through both government-funded and commercial programmes, supporting experienced therapists and those new to the industry.

We are currently seeking a

Massage Trainer and Assessor

to join our team on a self-employed basis. We welcome applications from skilled tutors and assessors who are passionate about teaching and have strong industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for massage therapy learners, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills Assess learner performance and provide constructive, supportive feedback to improve outcomes Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, adapting teaching approaches to suit a range of learning needs Maintain clear and professional communication with learners and internal staff to support effective course delivery Ensure training and assessment meet awarding body and quality standard

Required Experience & Qualifications

A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent) with relevant teaching experience A recognised assessing qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) with relevant assessing experience Proven hands-on experience within the massage or related therapy industry

Desirable (Not Essential)

Additional beauty or complementary therapy qualifications IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) qualification
