Master Technician - Independent Jaguar, Land Rover & BMW Specialist
Due to continued growth, RDrive is expanding - and we're on the lookout for a Master Technician to join our dedicated team.
About the Role
As a Master Technician with us, you'll work in a well-equipped, modern workshop specialising in
Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW
vehicles. You'll use the latest diagnostic tools and genuine parts to deliver first-class repair and maintenance work, with the freedom and variety that comes from an independent setting.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards across Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW models.
Investigate and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
Support other technicians, sharing your knowledge and maintaining workshop standards.
Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
Maintain precise records and comply with all health, safety, and quality procedures.
Liaise professionally with service advisors and customers where required, maintaining the business's reputation for technical excellence and transparency.
About You
Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) - Master Technician accreditation or senior-level experience preferred.
Previous experience within a main dealership (Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, or similar premium brand) highly desirable.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including use of advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
Excellent attention to detail, commitment to quality, and pride in your work.
Able to work independently while supporting a close-knit, professional team.
Full UK driving licence essential.
