We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Master's Swimming Coach to join our coaching team and work specifically with our master's swimmers of varying abilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in their coaching career who is keen to develop within a competitive & performance environment.
For the right candidate, we are willing to offer training, mentoring, and support through coaching qualifications.
About the Role:
Approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility and the opportunity to increase hours over time.
Working closely with our experienced coaches to support swimmers within our competitive programme
Pay will be reflective of experience and qualifications.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for supporting athletes and an understanding of the commitment required in a competitive environment.
A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the club.
A strong understanding of the importance of safeguarding and a commitment to following Wavepower and Swim England's safeguarding guidelines.
Previous coaching experience or coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential -- we are happy to support the right candidate through training and qualifications.
