Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying variety of sealants and mastic to joints, gaps and surfaces to ensure they are watertight, airtight and aesthetically finished. The role involves working on new construction sites/ new build developments , refurbishments and maintenance projects across the West Midlands. Immediate start.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for sealing. Apply mastic, silicone, polyurethane, acrylic and other sealants using hand. Ensure high quality finish that meets project specifications and industry standards Identify and select the appropriate sealant type for each application (e.g internal, external, sanitary, fire related) Carry out remedial sealing work and repair's as required. Maintain and clean tools, equipment and work areas Follow health and safety regulations, including use of PPE and safe handling material Communicate effectively with site managers, supervisors , customers and other trades.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred. Clean Driving License is required (Company Van and fuel is provided) CSCS Card required
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 38,000.00 per year
