We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Match Day Hospitality Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for guests during match days. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well-catered for throughout their visit.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in line with health and safety standards. Provide excellent guest services, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Support catering operations, including setting up dining areas and serving food and drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of hospitality areas before, during, and after events. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery throughout the match day. Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Assist with bartending duties as required, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or related fields such as culinary arts or restaurant management is advantageous. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Experience in guest services or hotel environments will be beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: 8.00-12.50 per hour
