Location: Southampton
Job Type: Stadium Hospitality/Retail Managers and Supervisors
Arc is hiring experienced Managers and Supervisors to join our team in Southampton.
Manager: 17 base per hour + holiday pay = 19.05 per hour.
Supervisor: 13.50 base per hour + holiday pay = 15.12 per hour.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience - pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence in all aspects of management. From training team members to stock management.
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or hospitality venues is a huge bonus!
What You'll Be Doing:

• Looking after a team within a hospitality/retail setting
• Ensuring smooth running of the room/bar you are managing
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
