We're on the lookout for ambitious Bar Managers, Restaurant Managers and Supervisors who are hands-on, motivated, and genuinely excited about helping us create something special.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your level of experience and the role you step into, your duties could include:

Overseeing daily bar and/or restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Managing bookings, service flow, and customer satisfaction Stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination Utilise culinary and bartending skills to enhance menu offerings and customer experience Maintaining compliance with licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene standards
About You:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality Passionate about great service, good food and drink, and creating a warm, welcoming environment Excellent communication and team leadership skills Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and ready to make a difference Comfortable using POS systems, managing rotas, and handling stock
