Match Day Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist
Job Description
Match day Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist opportunities at Selby RUFC to provide both home and away match day pitch side cover for the clubs senior teams.
Self - employed role, with a majority of match cover required on Saturday's. Match fee dependent on experience.
Applicants must either be a Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and CSP or a Sports Therapist with full membership of the Society of Sports Therapists.
Responsibilities
- Pre match treatments and taping
- Diagnosis and treatment of injuries pitch side
- Provide appropriate advice on early injury management
- Provide First Aid as appropriate
Essential
- BSc Physiotherapy / Sports Therapy
- Registration with HCPC & CSP or SST
- Ability to travel to away games as needed
- Emergency First Aid Qualification
Desirable
- Previous pitch side match day experience desirable but not essential.
