Job Description

Ipswich Town Football Club is looking for a Matchday LED Operations Assistant to support the Digital team in delivering high-quality LED advertising and big screen operations during all Ipswich Town home fixtures.

The role is focused on ensuring smooth execution of digital content across the stadium's LED perimeter boards and big screen, contributing to a professional matchday experience for supporters, commercial partners, and broadcasters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Digital and AV Specialist with the setup, testing, and operation of LED perimeter advertising and big screen systems on home matchdays. Support the running of pre-match checks, including ensuring all scheduled advertising, graphics, and video content are ready for broadcast. Monitor live LED and big screen output throughout the match to ensure smooth and accurate delivery. Quickly respond to any operational issues, escalating to the Digital and AV Specialist when required. Help with post-match duties, including shutting down equipment and reporting any technical issues. Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in a live matchday environment.

Basic technical knowledge of AV, digital displays, or live event technology.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, live environment.

Must be available for all home matchdays across the season.

Flexible and reliable, with a professional approach.

Ability to handle the demands of a live event environment.
