About the role

We are working with a large, international organisation, who as part of ongoing growth and transformation are seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead master data governance, quality, and operations across multiple systems and international markets.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of enterprise-level master data processes, lead a specialist team, and play a key role in driving consistency, accuracy, and compliance across finance-related master data.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Governance

Develop and enforce master data governance policies, standards, and controls Define data quality rules, procedures, and workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance Implement and maintain data stewardship processes

Master Data Management

Define master data processes, models, and hierarchies to support business requirements Oversee the creation, maintenance, and integrity of master data across ERP systems Monitor data quality KPIs and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve data integrity issues and support system integrations Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build, lead, and develop a team of master data specialists and stewards Coach and mentor team members through periods of change Work closely with senior stakeholders to gain buy-in for master data best practices Lead forums and governance groups focused on master data processes

Tools & Continuous Improvement

Lead the implementation and use of master data quality tools and technologies Own and maintain data standards, quality rules, and reference documentation Support user training and adoption of master data processes across the business

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Strong experience in

Master Data Management

or enterprise data management Strong background in

SAP master data

(materials, business partners, finance-related data) Proven experience in

data governance frameworks

and data quality management Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Experience working in a multi-entity environment Project management experience is highly desirable

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
