This role is based at our Netherley facility near Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire

, a key operational site supporting our global customer base.

Your Role:

As a Material Controller, you'll be the central link between procurement, stores, operations, and project teams -- ensuring that all materials and components are available on time to meet customer commitments and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage replacement parts lists from inspection to assembly. Coordinate material allocation across departments for turbine repair and overhaul projects. Maintain accurate records of sourcing, allocation, and usage. Expedite purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules. Support cost control by sourcing from stock, brown stock, and transfers. Communicate risks and shortages to project teams in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring:

HNC/HND or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or business administration. 3+ years' experience in supply chain or project coordination, ideally in an engineering or service-based environment. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with commercial awareness.
