The Opportunity
Alongside earning a salary of 37,500 per annum, you'll join a 16-month training programme designed to build your technical expertise and professional confidence.
You'll rotate through placements across central engineering support functions, nuclear new build sites and operational power stations. You'll work on real-world projects such as component failure investigations, weld assessments and materials performance evaluations. You'll also receive protected training time for courses covering nuclear fundamentals, EPR systems and safety culture, and be supported to begin your journey towards professional registration with the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining or other relevant bodies.
