Arabelle Solutions is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Materials Planning and Execution- Planner to join our growing team at the Rugby Service Centre. As an essential part of our Service centre team you will be responsible for the efficient planning, sourcing, and availability of materials to support technical operations and service delivery. Creating Route Card Planning in line with job requirements from associated drawings/instructions for all aspects of scope carried out within our Rugby facility you will ensure jobs are planned in line with EHS requirements, quality standards.

Other Keys responsibilities of this role include;



Usage of SAP and Primavera P6 for all plans and associated work Liaison with scheduling and execution teams on all planning activity to ensure plans are created/amended in line with EHS, quality and cost standards. Work collaboratively with production, purchasing and suppliers in order to schedule the receipt of material to meet production demand. Evaluate and drive resolution on all manufacturing material quality and supply issues Identify and rectify material plans that do not meet customer requirements. Monitor implementation of corrective action plans. Implement improvements in material flow and cost-efficiency





Qualifications/Requirements:



Demonstrable experience within a similar role in a highly standardised Engineering environment Knowledge or experience using SAP is essential Primavera experience would be desirable but not essential as training can be provide The ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings is essential for this role

Desired Characteristics



Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in M365 especially Word and Excel A natural problem solver with a logical approach to work/. Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced service environment Knowledge of technical components would be advantageous especially steam turbines, generators or associated parts
