EMEA Conference & Event Planner





We are seeking an experiencedEMEA Conference & Event Planner to become a key member of our client's Marketing & Events Team, responsible for supporting all third-party conferences and hosted events for our Client's Global Wealth and Institutional teams taking place in EMEA

.

While you will be employed by Jack Morton, you will be embedded at the client's offices, working closely with their internal team.For conference planning, this role will oversee all logistics from managing registration, speaker logistics, booth coordination, hosted 1:1 meeting room. For events hosted by our client, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of high-profile events that set the standard for excellence, innovation, and strategic impact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and a proven track record in managing complex event logistics with flawless precision.



Responsibilities:




Oversee all third-party conferences within the Global Wealth and Institutional Channels in EMEA, estimated 30 for 2026 Act as main point of contact for conference host and be diligent of all deadlines for presentations, booths, 1:1 meeting rooms and speaker logistics Manage conference registration is for all client conference attendees and speakers Collaborate with [client] attendees to effectively communicate all conference details and provide status updates Plan and oversee all dine around dinners and hosted events at conferences Source and manage hotel rooming blocks for complex events and managing reservations changes/updates throughout planning production

Travel

to conferences for additional onsite support when necessary Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of client-hosted events, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver events that embody the highest standards of excellence Vendor relationships for merchandise Work closely with the EMEA Channel Marketer

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, event planning/hospitality, or a related field 3-5 plus years of experience in

corporate event planning

, preferably within

financial services

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom Meeting,

Cvent

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent budgeting skills, ability to manage, monitor and reconcile budget effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly detail-oriented with commitment to ensuring accuracy and high-quality results Accountable, results-driven, and able to take ownership of responsibilities Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by anticipating potential challenges, quickly developing creative solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of events under changing
