About the Role

The Materials & Stock Coordinator will be responsible to ensure on time supply of assembly consumables required to facilitate all assembly jobs scheduled. The Materials & Stock Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring all parts are available on time and organised in the correct holding area. Completed parts are returned to the correct stored location and transferred on Syspro. Finished goods stock must be transferred from the Assembly shed to the finished goods location and transfers also captured on Syspro. Any stock discrepancies identified must be added to the stock adjustment log.

Key responsibilities include:



Working closely within the Assemblies / Supply Chain function & strongly supporting the Assembly Operations, the successful candidate will assist with the control & supply of consumable and material requirements, including completion of material and finished goods transfers to and from Assembly shed/stores when required.



Ensure all company stock products are recorded accurately, inputting onto Syspro system. You'll be responsible for monitoring & reporting on stock accuracies, to include monthly stock reconciliation.



Remove product from Assembly shed and return parts to storage or to finished goods stock location ensuring to complete product transfer movements to improve accuracy of stock.



You will carry out duties on a daily basis safely and with a high degree of care to ensure goods remain damage free during the transfer process. You'll also ensure, thorough cross checking, that the materials being required are as per detailed on the schedule/job MRP report sheet.



Ensure housekeeping of parts and Finished goods stock area are kept organised



Complete the required pre checks at the stated frequency for the vehicle you are using



Offloading, checking and receipting deliveries to site for Drums, Materials (Debagging), Rework Material



Provide cover for Expeditors when required.



Qualifications & Education Requirements



Manufacturing factory and Warehouse environment.



Self-motivated with the flexibility and willingness to develop new skills.



Good communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a variety of loading challenges are a requirement for this role.



Strong willingness and ability to cover other general duties and cover holidays within the department.



Good health and safety awareness and a willingness to promote good practice.



Approachable and trustworthy



Preferred Skills



Possess multiple FLT licences, including 5 Tonne Counterbalance, Tele Handler and Reach Truck



Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Syspro
