Job Summary
This will be a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of the OUH maternity service. The postholder will be responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative support for the maternity clinical governance team. This role will support the delivery of the clinical governance service whose portfolio includes:
Management of patient safety incidents within the PSIRF
Perinatal mortality reviews
Maternity and Perinatal Incentive scheme compliance
Audit and Quality improvement
Compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensuring monthly quality data is recorded and reported to the Trust Board and local Maternity Clinical Governance Committee.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provision of high-quality administrative support for the maternity clinical governance meetings - organisation of meetings, preparation of agendas, timely circulation of minutes and actions, uploading documentation to intranet. This includes Maternity Clinical Governance meeting, Risk Committee, Perinatal Mortality Reviews, Document Review Group and any relevant task and finish groups which require support as needed.
