We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is essential for supporting the financial health of our organisation and requires proficiency in various accounting software.

Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Xero.
Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
Monitor and record financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is maintained.
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
